Do you accept walk-in orders?
Walk-ins are welcome while supplies last, but ordering ahead by phone guarantees availability—especially for popular items.
Delivery & Pickup Specifics
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver within a 100-mile radius of Natchez, LA. For special orders outside this radius, call to discuss logistics and additional fees.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on distance and order size. We provide fee details when you place your order.
Can you deliver to a business or event venue?
Yes. Please provide complete delivery instructions including contact person and preferred delivery window.

What is in your Cajun meat pies?

How far in advance should I place a catering order?
For small catering orders, 48–72 hours is usually sufficient. For large or customized events, please contact us a week or more in advance.
Can you accommodate delivery and setup at events?
We provide delivery and limited setup. For more comprehensive event services, discuss your needs with our staff in advance.
Storage & Reheating
How should I store leftovers?
Refrigerate perishable items within two hours of delivery (one hour in hot weather) and consume within 3–4 days. For longer storage, freeze and thaw overnight before reheating.
Best reheating method to preserve texture?
Reheating in an oven or toaster oven is preferred for meat pies and large proteins to maintain crust texture and prevent sogginess.
